Uma coisa ótima aqui na Holanda (e na Alemanha é assim tb, até onde eu sei) é que os supermercados não te dão de graça as famigeradas sacolas plásticas. Se você quiser uma, tem que comprar. Então todo mundo leva as próprias sacolas, sejam de pano ou de plástico, como essa simpática Baggu Bag. Nós temos das duas e já nos acostumamos a ter sempre uma na bolsa, dobradinha, em caso de necessidade. Mesmo em outras lojas e até na feira, os vendedores sempre perguntam: "você quer uma sacola"? Se quiser, vc até ganha de graça, mas temos o maior prazer em dizer "Não, obrigada". No Brasil, quando devolvíamos as sacolinhas e dizíamos "Obrigada, não preciso, eu tenho a minha", as pessoas olhavam com a maior cara espantada, como que dizendo "Como assim você não quer???". A great thing here in the Netherlands (and in Germany, as far as I now) is that the supermarkets don't give you plastic bags. If you want one, you have to buy it. So everybody goes to the supermarket with their own bags, either made of fabric or plastic, like this Baggu Bag. We have both and we're already used to have them folded with us, in case of necessity. Even in other stores and in the street fair, people always asks "Do you want a bag?". If you want, you get one for free, but we have the pleasure to answer "No, thanks". In Brazil, we used to try to give back the bags with a "No, thanks, I have my own", but people stared at us like "What do you mean, you don't want one"???
